holy → 神聖な
empire → 帝国
declare war upon → 宣戦布告をする
The Far East island nation had held fast to its neutrality, and now Britannia looms as the world's only superpower.
The Far East → farは"遠い"という意味なので、遠い東 → 極東となる
island nation → 島国
hold fast to → ～を堅持する
loom → 名詞では"織機"を意味するが、動詞では"現れる"、"立ちはだかる"などの意味で使われる。ここでは後者の意味。
superpower → 超大国
Rights to Japan's underground resources became a hotly disputed issue straining the already deep-rooted diplomatic tensions between the two sides.
両者の間には、日本の地下資源を巡る根深い外交上の対立があった。
直訳すると、「日本の地下資源の権利は、両者の間で根深い外交的緊張が張られているという熱く論争的な問題になった」となる。
rights → 権利
hotly → 熱く、激しく
strain → 神経をピンと張る、緊張させる
deep rooted → 根深い
diplomatic tensions → 外交的緊張
In the deciding battle for the mainland, Britannian forces introduced into combat the humanoid autonomous armored knight known as the Knightmare Frame.
本土決戦においてブリタニア軍は、人型自在戦闘装甲機『ナイトメアフレーム』を実戦で初めて投入。
mainland → 本土
force → 軍
introduce into → 導入する

strip of → "剥ぐ"、"奪う"。このofは剥奪のofと呼ばれる
Area 11. The defeated and once proud nation of Japan was rechristened with a mere number.
『エリア１１（じゅういち）』―― その数字が、敗戦国日本の新しい名前だった・・・。

intact → 傷がない、無傷で

先日、オオサカで起きた爆弾テロの映像です。
ブリタニア人８名、その他５１名の死傷者を出したこの惨事は・・・

bombing → 爆撃
secretary → 秘書官
casualty → 死者数
Man1: You're out of time. From here on you'll make your moves every 20 seconds.
持ち時間が切れました。
ここからは一手２０秒以内でお願いします。
Man2: Very well, I'm game. Hm? Did your substitute arrive?
だ、そうだよ。
ん？代理人のご到着かな？
I'm game → "やってみるよ"、"挑戦してみるよ"という意味。貴族が発言しているので、"私はできるが？"というニュアンスだと思われる。
substitute → 代理
Man3: Thank heaven! I'm saved! Are things going well at school?
いや、助かったよ！
学校のほうはいいのか？
Man2: What have we here, schoolboys?
なんだ、学生か。
What have we here → "なんだこれは"という慣用句
Lelouch: Hmpf. Well, look at this, a nobleman.
ふっ、なんだ、貴族か。
look at this → "なんだこれは"という慣用句
Man2: I envy you kids today.

make → ここのmakeは"間に合う"という意味
Rivalz: Ah... 20 minutes if we bust our hump.

なら、帰りは安全運転で頼む。

be off ～ing → ～しに出掛ける
waste on → 無駄にする
apply → 適用する。ここではその頭脳を学業に適用するという意味
Milly: "Oh, I wish my darling Lulu would be a serious young man!"
How adorable is that?

madam president → (女性の人に対して言う)会長、議長

pay out of pride → 直訳すると「プライドの支払いをする」という意味になるので、金を払うということを意味している
Lelouch: He also didn't have much time to move, either.
And as opponents go, the nobles are tepid.
They're just overprivileged parasites, that's all.
相手の持ち時間も少なかったしな。
それにぬるいんだよ、貴族って。
特権に寄生しているだけだから。
tepid → なまぬるい
overprivileged → 他の人よりもアドバンテージがある状態のこと
parasite → 寄生虫
Rivalz: Well then, why don't you challenge one of the Elevens?

Man: What are they trying to prove by killing innocent people?
ひどいな、無関係の人を巻き込んで……
直訳すると「彼らは無関係の人を殺すことによって何を試そうとしているんだ」となる。proveは"証明する"の他に"試す"という意味があるので、「何をしようとしているんだ」というニュアンスになる
Woman: Those Elevens terrify me!
イレブンってこわい！
terrify → 怖がらせる
TV: We apologize or the delay.
Now His Royal Highness Prince Clovis, third prince of Britannia, will address the nation.
お待たせしました。 ブリタニア帝国第三王子クロヴィス殿下、会見の時間です。
His Royal Highhness Prince → ここのhisは"彼の"という意味ではない。殿下、陛下等を呼ぶときにhisは付けるものである。Royalは"国王の"、"王室の"という意味。Highnessは"殿下"を意味する。
address the nation → 国民に向けて演説をすることをいう
Clovis: To all my imperial subjects! Including of course the many cooperative Elevens who choose to serve the empire of Britannia!
帝国臣民の皆さん、そしてもちろん協力いただいている大多数のイレブンの方々も。
subjects → 国民
Kallen: We're not Elevens! We're Japanese!

Clovis: Do you not see my pain?

tear apart → ～の心を引きはがす
only to be torn apart は ripped を強調している？

悲しみと、怒りの心にです！
remnant → 残骸
rage → 怒り
直訳すると「その残骸は怒りと悲しみに満たされている」となる。心を引きはがされた結果、残ったものは怒りと悲しみの残骸という表現がされていると思われる。
Clovis:However, as ruler of Area 11, I will not tolerate terrorism of any kind!
Because the battle we fight is a righteous one, a virtuous battle to protect the well-being of one and all!

observance → 遵守、儀式
in ther line of duty → 職務中に

この文は主語がOneになっているので、「一人も～とは考えない」→「～とは思えない」と訳せる

Untrue → trueの否定版。"真実ではない"という意味
reign → 治世

張りぼての治世か。
pathetic → 痛ましい、下手な、無価値な
sham → 見せかけ、いんちき

beg your pardon → begは"懇願する"、pardonは"許し"の意味なので、あなたの許しを懇願する → 申し訳ありません となる

scramble → スクランブルエッグというように"ごちゃまぜにする"という意味がある。しかしここでは"緊急発進をする"の意味で使われている
there'll be a record → もし全軍を動かせばメディアに撮られる(レコード)されるという意味だと思われる
